Their roasted pork belly Bahn mi is so yummy, roasted pork is flavourful with the hoisin sauce, the bun is crunch outside chewy inside. The price is reasonable as well $14 for a Bahn mi or grab a combo below $20.
Will come back again for grabbing my quick lunch.
I ordered their crispy pork hoisin banh mi when they opened and it was extremely fresh! They don’t have any seating outside, so I took it back to my hotel to have it. It was delicious and I’d recommend any banh mi enioyers to visit Heartbaker. Thanks for the breakfast!

A little hole in the wall stopover. Staff were efficient and food came out quickly. I like how they have little cup pho so you can have a taster.
I wanted to get the grilled pork one but they did not have it anymore. So I opted for the crispy pork hoisin: very taste and I definitely loved the crunchiness of the pork. The flavour as a whole was very delicious. I wanted it to last longer.
Just one negative aspect: the place is just a window for the food orders and pick ups with a small bench on the side. Probably few more benches or chairs would be helpful since I could not eat there
PS I know it’s meant to be like a street food but yet….
